DMCA Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2025

At Strategic Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and partners to do the same. This page explains how to report alleged copyright infringement on strategicdigital.co and how to submit a counter-notice if you believe content was removed in error.

How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material on our site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated DMCA Agent listed below. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (you may provide a representative list if multiple works on a single site are covered by one notification).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the site (a URL is best; screenshots or clear descriptions help).
  4. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Tip: Including direct links (URLs) and any relevant context (e.g., where the material appears on a page) will help us act more quickly.

Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. To be effective, it must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled (URL).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

After we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our site.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We may, in appropriate circumstances and in our sole discretion, disable or terminate access to parts of the site for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

  • We will review the notice for completeness and legal sufficiency.
  • If the notice is valid, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material and will notify the affected party.
  • The affected party may submit a counter-notice as described above.

Misuse of the DMCA

Submitting false claims or misusing the DMCA process may result in legal consequences. Please make sure you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner before filing.

Scope

This policy applies to all content on our site, including any user-submitted or third-party materials that appear on strategicdigital.co.
